CUE Farm at Butler University

CUE Farm is a sub-acre sustainable agriculture project of the Center for Urban Ecology (CUE) on the campus of Butler University.  Originally named the Butler Campus Farm, CUE Farm is an educational and market-oriented farm, serving a CSA membership, local restaurants and retail, and dining services at the University; and also operating a weekly farm stand.  We seek to provide high-quality naturally produced vegetables and fruit through processes which conserve and improve the land on which we are sited while providing educational and participatory opportunities for students and other groups.  We also aim to be part of a conversation about small-scale urban agriculture as a sustainable venture, environmentally and economically, and part of a strategy for providing more of our food from local sources.
